3rd Annual ‘Space To Be You’ Pod Design Contest

Put your creativity to the test by designing a custom pod for the chance to bring it to life, and win an all-expense-paid trip to NeoCon 2024 next June, in Chicago!

For our 3rd annual pod design contest, we’re introducing an exciting twist. We invited you to participate in selecting the contest theme through online voting. The results are in, and the chosen design theme for this year is “EARTH TONES.” Incorporate natural and organic colors, textures, and materials to create an atmosphere rooted in the beauty of the Earth.

Whether you’re a newcomer or returning participant, we would like to welcome you to enter our annual pod design contest. This is your chance to creatively showcase your design ideas through our customizable privacy pods. These pods are essentially modular mini rooms and they offer complete design freedom. You can personalize both the exterior and interior panels using a wide range of materials and finishes. Choose furnishings, lighting, and flooring that resonate with your vision, crafting an immersive user experience.

Getting Started is Easy

  • Visit our website and pick a pod model.
  • Explore the Pod Design Tools on the model’s page, offering numerous material options. Experiment freely to see the potential.
  • Download and save your designs.
  • For additional customization, access the 3D files tab on the pod model’s page. Use your preferred design software and COMs to enhance it.
  • Include a digital mood board along with your pod design – it could include colors, materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
  • Submit your design (high-res PDF and JPEGs please!) along with a brief (100 words max.) conceptual write-up.
  • If you have any questions along the way please do not hesitate to reach out to our design team, who are happy to assist.

*Winning designer encouraged to promote the contest and SnapCab on their social media platforms.

*SnapCab will work with the winning designer to bring their vision to life. The winning submission will be manufactured to display at NeoCon 2024. If the lead times of materials or other details are not feasible, we will work with the designer to find alternative options that closely match their design.

*Select Honoree submissions will be printed and displayed at NeoCon.

Voting will be shared on SnapCab’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts during December 7-13, 2023. Make sure to share and encourage colleagues, friends, and family to vote on your design (they can vote more than once!) for a chance to win.
